Remembering Andrea Gibson — A Collective Tribute Through Poetry

This workshop honors the life, work, and radical tenderness of poet Andrea Gibson. This is a generative space for lovers and fans of Andrea’s work to read, reflect, write, and share in ways that celebrate Gibson’s life.

This will be a small, intimate workshop, with two time slots: at 12pm est and 7pm est, both on July 7th, 2026. (This workshop is hosted on zoom.)

Like all writing circles with Doula of Words, this workshop is a safe, welcoming, and warm environment, which is open to all. You don't have to be a published/experienced writer or be working on something specific to find a home with us.

We will be using writing prompts inspired by Andrea’s body of work, have a generous writing time, and an opportunity for everyone to share.

All proceeds from Full Moon registrations for this workshop will go to OCRA (Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance).
