Like all writing circles with Doula of Words, this workshop is a safe, generative, welcoming, and warm environment, and is open to all. You don't have to be a published writer or be working on something specific to find a home with us.
In week one, we’ll explore EARTH, which is associated with the body elements, as well as dirt, safety, the root chakra, the colour green, protection, and wisdom. Also Capricorn, Taurus, and Virgo.
In week two, we’ll explore WATER, which is associated with sub-conscious mind elements, as well as emotion, intuition, flow, the sacral chakra, the colour blue, tears, the ocean, shells, and wax. Also Cancer, Scorpio, and Picses.
In week three, we’ll explore AIR, which is associated with the mind elements, as well as intellect and inspiration, the throat chakra, the colour yellow, ideas, smells, and sounds. Also Gemini, Aquarius, and Libra.
In week four, we’ll explore FIRE, which is associated with the ego elements, as well as action, transformation, the solar plexus chakra, the colour red, destruction, rebirth, and power. Also Leo, Aries, and Sagittarius.
